About the Firm
THOMAS FLAVELL & SONS was founded over 200 years ago in 1809 and was joined in 1910 by the late Thomas Flavell from whom the practice now takes its name. The family connection continues to this day.
The Firm specialises in providing Company, Commercial and Private Client advice to a wide range of individuals and businesses. Advice on other areas of the law is generally also available.
The Firm is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Solicitor's Code of Conduct Rules are accessible on-line at: www.sra.org.uk/code-of-conduct.page. Details of the firm’s professional indemnity insurance cover (which is with a qualifying insurer) can be obtained from the firm’s Managing Partner.
A FREE legal advice clinic is held every Wednesday evening between 4.30 and 6.30 and offers on a first come first served basis up to 10 minutes of FREE advice on all aspects of the Law.
Matthew Healey is Notary Public and a member of The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Sue Harrison is a Member of Resolution and is a SFLA trained Mediator.
We have offices in Hinckley, Earl Shilton and Market Bosworth all with on-site or adjacent parking.
